"Emotional Switch" the menopause of Improv Games.

"Panel of Experts

Chain Shopper

Janet "JB" Breitenstein in 2020 Janet decided to "thaw out" and moved from Alaska. In 2024 she decided to "branch out" and step into the sandbox of improv comedy and joined the wacky & wonderful kids called "Go With The Flow" She has not regretted either decision !
"Here's looking at you, kid."

Laurie Jurs & Jennifer Clarke
Laurie moved to GV in 1984 to be Executive Director of United Community Health Center. After retiring in 2006 she enjoyed life and added improv to her endeavors. To Laurie, Improv is a blast both in the troupe and daily life!
Jennifer was born a Brit, became a Dane and ultimately a naturalized U.S Citizen. Jennifer is a gifted printmaker, specializing in mezzotint. Improv is an art form Jennifer enjoys doing with her partner Laurie. Being silly without repercussions!

Kathy Babcock ...
Kathy and her partner Ed decided to move ashore from their sailboat, they wound up in GV in 2005. They became active volunteers in the community. Kathy especially enjoys being outdoors and helping others.
She added improv comedy and joined GWTF.
Here she has found a new community of people who like to laugh a lot and are open to learning. The camaraderie among the troupe members keeps the work fresh and fun!

Connie Aglione...
A native New Yorker and early fan of Roy Rogers, Connie finally followed the happy trails west to Green Valley in 2005. After much trial and error, Connie chose Improv and fun with the Go With The Flow Players over steer roping and needlepoint!

Martha Brady...Martha, 85 years young, is a retired Associate Professor from NAU in Flagstaff. She moved to GV 5 years ago and sells Greeting Cards. Improv has been an elixir for her brain and level of Joy!

Vickie Joy...
Vickie is the eldest (in age) member of the troupe.
She enjoys being able to blurt out whatever nonsense or silliness that bubbles up!

Ellen Cox...
Ellen was looking for a next interesting activity to explore when she came across the GWTF improv class. With no expectations other than to comfort her stage fright, when unexpectedly found improv was sweeping her off her feet.
The creativity, mental challenge and teamwork required, along with brining laughter to others puts a smile on her face.

Sharon Hooper...
Sharon strongly believes that humor and health go hand in hand. Being a part of Go With The Flow, by taking a class and being blessed to be part of the troupe...humor is healing!

Karen Knoll...
The first person to take the improv plunge with Go With The flow and the longest member of the troupe.
After retiring in 2007 and living the RV lifestyle, She settled in GV.
In Spring of '23 Karen spotted a Nextdoor posting for an upcoming improv comedy class. Having been in little theater and a mime clown..."Sounds like fun!" Karen signed up and never looked back. Improv has brought back her 'inner child" and sense of humor.

Linda Bowen...
After retiring, Linda wanted to broaden her horizons. Laughter is good for the soul!
Linda has truly found her niche!!!

Aliceson "Flow" Smith, founder of GWTF and Artistic Director. After 23 years teaching math in the public schools, Aliceson needed some comic relief! With the help of a supportive husband and friend, Lance Swaim and a "yes...and" from Mike Vietinghoff of Unscrewed Theater, Green Valley's first non-profit dedicated to the art of improv comedy was born.
