What a Go With The Flow Class Improv Basics includes:
- The Cost of Each 8 week class includes a 24 hours of instruction and a Student Showcase Performance on the main stage at CPAC!
- It's your opportunity to show off your new skills to your friends and family.
- Curriculum will include:
- Beginning with "Yes...And", Listening and always making your scene partner look good.
- You will learn space work and how it supports a scene.
- How to build an "instant and hip pocket" characters.
- How to use different levels of emotions to engage your audience and make a scene more interesting, along with a number of other improv basics.
- You will be presented with the connection of improv basics and your daily life and how these skills can improve ALL your relationships, from personal to professional.
- This class is one of active participation and fun!!!. So be sure to have comfortable shoes and a snack!
- Upon completion of this 8 week class, and showcase many students take the class again! Each time it is a little different, after all, IT'S IMPROV!!!

The "Fab 5" created a storm of laughter for an audience of 140. These 5 brave women worked hard for 8 weeks to learn the art of performing Improv Comedy.
Fearless (ok, NOT) they owned that stage and the audience!
The Audiance Shared Their Love and Appriciation after the Show! For over 30 minutes, the smiles and congratualtions went on.
140 Super Fun Humans made this showcase a great expirence for the 5 performers! they showed their enthuisiasm and support through riotous laugher and applause!

Go With Flow offers workshops on Improv Comedy. These workshops focus on the fun and health benefits of improv comedy. Each workshop is led by Aliceson "Flow" Smith and custom designed for the timeframe and needs of your organization. These workshops are a FUN way to spend a morning or afternoon! Aliceson "Flow" Smith, founder of GWTF and Artistic Director. After 23 years teaching math in the public schools, Aliceson needed some comic relief! With the help of a supportive husband and friend, Lance Swaim and a "yes...and" from Mike Vietinghoff of Unscrewed Theater, Green Valley's first non-profit dedicated to the art of improv comedy was born.
Aliceson loves teaching Improv Basics in Green Valley! She brings her boundless energy and enthusiasm to every class and every student and every performance and the Artistic Director and Show Host.

In our three years (May 2023 - May 2026)
- Over 50 students graduated from Improv Basics class. Ages 29 - 88
- Our troupe performed 60 comedy shows in our community of Green Valley, Arizona, creating laughter and fun for over 3,000 audience members.
- We are moving forward to grow our community involvement by providing a monthly place for Green Valley's Funniest to get some stage time.
- We continue our dedication to a 100% volunteer non-profit organization.
